What is Call & Collect?

We are providing you with an easy Call & Collect system to provide you with all your favourite takeaway food, fresh food and shopping from our Nepean Village Retailers.

Save the wait of online delivery and have your items delivered straight to your car.

We have a dedicated Call & Collect pick up location of 3 bays, located outside the Village Dining precinct (next to the brick utilities storage wall). These bays are easily identified by signage on the ground of each bay, the parking bollards and a large sign on the brick wall adjacent to the bays.

How Do I Call & Collect?

1. Order online or via phone from participating retailers
2. Call the store and let them know that you have arrived, and quote your order number
3. Wait in the Call & Collect bay for your order to be delivered by the retailer
4. Tap & Go to pay or Prepaid Credit Card purchase available, subject to the participating retailers payment options
5. Drive away and enjoy your shopping
