Their mission is simple yet powerful... to provide practical support, essential resources and immediate assistance to individuals and families experiencing hardship across the Nepean region.

From funding vital medical equipment to providing emergency relief and helping improve the wellbeing of patients at Nepean Hospital, Our Community Cares works at the heart of the community, ensuring help reaches those who need it most.

How Nepean Village Supports Their Mission

Each year, Nepean Village proudly aligns several of our Christmas initiatives with Our Community Cares, helping raise funds that go directly back into the Penrith community.

✨ Santa’s Breakfast
All ticket donations from our magical Santa’s Breakfast go straight to Our Community Cares. This year’s funds will support essential equipment and services across Nepean Hospital’s Paediatric Emergency Zone, Cancer Ward (NIKI pumps) and Palliative Care.

🎅 Gold Coin Santa Photos
Our much loved Gold Coin Donation Santa Photos invite families to enjoy a festive moment with Santa while supporting a great cause. Every coin dropped into the donation box contributes to improving care for local patients.

🎁 Charity Gift Wrapping
During December, our Gift Wrapping Station will again be hosted in partnership with Our Community Cares. For a small donation, per gift, shoppers can enjoy beautifully wrapped gifts while helping fund important community programs and hospital needs.

Where Your Donations Go

Every dollar donated through Nepean Village Christmas events is delivered directly to Our Community Cares and used to support:

• Paediatric Emergency Zone at Nepean Hospital
  Helping create a safer, more comfortable space for children needing urgent care.
• Cancer Ward (NIKI Pumps)
  Providing essential equipment to support cancer patients during critical treatment.
• Palliative Care
  Enhancing the quality of life, comfort and dignity for patients and their families.
