Cajun Spiced Dory Fish Fillets

COOKING TIME: 10 minutes



  • 600gm Deep Sea Baby Dory Fillets from The Costi’s Fresh & Cooked Seafood
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Spice Mix
  • 4 tbsp Arrowroot, or any flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil, eg. rice bran


  1. Heat a heavy based, non-stick pan.
  2. Add the oil and allow to heat.
  3. Combine the spices, flour & salt.
  4. Dust the fish fillets in the spice mix.
  5. Sear in the pan for a minute or two on each side, the fish should be just cooked.
  6. Serve with rice or salad.
