Who Is Percy Plunkett? Built in 1866, this house – known as “Kentucky” – has had a few owners, but no one like Percy Plunkett!

In 1928, Percy and his family bought the property and they made it their own. Living, growing and sharing memories that resonate within the area.

Now with everything we’re doing, we pay homage to Percy Plunkett, the history of this beautiful house and the local area.
